Oh yes, I know all about the many voices of Mummy! None of yours involved any swearing though, so you're a better woman than I am, obviously... I do the counting thing, I hear my own mother's voice, and my kids hold an unflattering mirror up to me with mimicry (spelling?) or saying "you can't tell us not to - whatever - shout, swear, leave stuff on the floor - because you do." Buggers! xxx
Brilliant, I do all those voices and more, I have hundreds. I also like to choose my phrases in the hope that my children start saying them. My new favourite is one of my Grandma's "Only boring people get bored." I say it to my daughter all the time (seriously she doesn't have a clue about what bored is) to great effect and she has actually said it back to me...result
LMAO!! Oh I can relate to those voices (and the things your mother says!). I do a great fishwife impression, the loudness of which I didn't know I had in me until I had Katie. My favourite expression comes from my Grandad which is "you sit down and I'll croon to you!". The funniest thing was Katie answering the phone the other day and listening to my sister arguing with her 7 year old son. Katie calmly said to her "just walk away, Aunty A, just walk away".......can't imagine where she got that one from! *innocent look*
If it's sticking when you watch it, pause it and let the grey line get to the end then play

I very rarely swear in front of them although I've done the odd Bloody lately. Got to start somewhere, right?
